The Vertical at Davenport
Experience a deep dive into the evolution of Burgundy. Each winemaker has curated and brought with them a vertical flight to showcase the terroir and aging potential of one of their very special premier cru parcels:
Thiebault Huber: Volnay Clos des Chênes 1er Cru (2015, 2019, 2022)
Vincent Chevrot: Maranges Fussières 1er Cru (2012, 2017, 2020)
Odilon Marchand: Beaune Tuvilains 1er Cru (2021, 2022, 2023)
Chef Kevin Gibson will be preparing a world-class menu designed to pair specifically with these rare flights. Given the limited seating, we expect this to fill quickly.
