Our bi-annual wine clubs rest on just one value:
“You deserve at least ONE great bottle per month.”

We ship 6 bottles of Champagne, averaging $60 a bottle, to you twice a year. There is usually some kind of theme in the selection to highlight a region, grape varieties, or differences in styles or dosage levels. We have a lot of fun finding our theme (we have a backlog of ideas) and choosing the wines to illustrate it.
The Champagne Club is also a great way to get to know the 20 or more Champagne producers we work with and the regions they come from, from the very edges of the Montagne de Reims to the last slope of the Cote des Bar before it drops over the border to the Cote d'Or.
6 Champagnes ~$360 in total - twice a year.

This subscription gets you a case of 12 bottles twice a year, shipped in Spring and Fall. These are the entry-level, inexpensive wines from the regional appellations like Bourgogne Blanc and Rouge, Coteaux Bourguignon (some Gamay blended in), Hautes Cotes, Maconnais, or Chalonnaise.
We aim for an average value of about $30 a bottle, and the cost of the case is around $360.
You can choose to take the Bourgogne Club entirely in red, entirely white, or a mix. Generally it consists of three red wines, and or three white wines, two or four bottles of each according to your choice.
With climate change these appellations are getting stronger and stronger. There are no weak wines in this club, they are all tasty.
12 bottles red, white or mix ~ $360 for the case - twice a year

This subscription is for either white or red and gets you 6 bottles that average around $60 each, so ~$360 for the 6 pack. It is shipped twice a year in Spring and Fall.
At this price we are able to find very good village wines from the front-line on both Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits and are also frequently able to include 1er crus from some of the less fashionable parts of the Côte, like Maranges, Santenay, Savigny or Ladoix.
Selecting these wines is one of the most enjoyable parts of being involved with Caveau.
6 bottles of white OR 6 bottles of red ~$360 for the 6-pack - twice a year

The recent additions of Marchand Tawse and Francois Legros, both based on the Cote de Nuits, has expanded our access to the heart of Burgundy, that is the 1er and Grand Crus, particularly on the Cote de Nuits.
These are arguably the best wines in the world, and while we will not pretend to be putting tip-top grand crus into the Cru Club, we now find we have really sound top-flight 1er crus from the front rank villages, available in just about enough quantity, to offer a six pack of roughly $100 wines, as a Club selection twice a year.
Our first Cru Club selection will include 1er crus from Morey St Denis, Chambolle-Musigny, Vougeot, Aloxe-Corton, Volnay and Beaune. They are all compelling wines that we think will make you want to get into the producers' portfolios in real depth.
The Cru Club is solely red wines. There simply are not enough whites at this level to go round!
6 bottles of red ~ $590-600 - twice a year
