Join us in CHAMPAGNE OR bURGUNDY in 2026!
Champagne Tour: April 27-30th. (with Mark and June Royer) Over the course of 4 days we’ll see six of our favorite producers in Champagne. Meals will include Michelin restaurants like Royal Champagne, L’Assiette, and Racine. There will be plenty of free time to relax and recharge, but this will be one of the great VIP insider’s tours you will ever find. Starting at $6,175 per person (double occupancy).
Burgundy Tour: June 15-20th. (with Mark, June, and Michael ) Over the course of 6 days we’ll see some of our favorite producers in Burgundy. This will be a Beaune based trip. Meals will include some of our favorite spots like Maison Colombier and Caves Madeleine, or with local chef friends. Either way we will eat and drink extremely well. There will be some free time to relax and recharge, but this will be one of the great VIP insider’s tours you will ever find. Starting at $6,375 per person (double occupancy).
Burgundy Cycling Tour: June 22-27th. (with Mark, June, and Michael, Colleen) Over the course of 6 days we’ll see some of our favorite producers in Burgundy. This trip will involve two or three hotels to better accommodate our cycling routes. Meals will include some of our favorite spots like Maison Colombier and Caves Madeleine, or with local chef friends. Either way we will eat and drink extremely well. There will be some free time to relax and recharge, but this will be one of the great VIP insider’s tours you will ever find. $TBD per person (double occupancy).

The Champagne itinerary will look something like this (but will be refined and confirmed about 60 days in advance of the tour
Day 1 - Meet in Reims for departure to an amazing lunch at Le Jardin with Sophie Cossy, taste with Sophie afterwards, then dinner at 3* L’Assiette or Royal Champagne (lodging at Chateau Sacy)
Day 2 - Morning visit and lunch with Thierry Forget, afternoon visit with Clothilde at Marc Chauvet, dinner at Couvert de Vignes
Day 3 - Morning tasting and lunch with Aurelien Laherte then back to the hotel for a relaxing afternoon followed by an early departure to tour and enjoy dinner in Reims
Day 4 - A leisurely wake up and then our drive to the Cote de Blancs for lunch with Julien and Sarah Launois, followed by a visit at the winery. Farewell dinner tonight at our hotel.
Day 5 - Following our breakfast, we will transport you back to Reims train station.

6-Day Burgundy Wine & Cycling Journey
A curated exploration of the Côte d’Or and Côte Chalonnaise, featuring intimate producer visits, exceptional meals, and the gentle rhythm of cycling through France’s most storied vineyards.
Day 1 – Arrival in Burgundy & Ride Through the Hautes-Côtes
Dijon → Hautes-Côtes de Nuits
We meet in Dijon before transferring to our first hotel, where guests will be fitted with bicycles and introduced to the week’s route. Our warm-up ride takes us through the peaceful Hautes-Côtes toward Domaine Marc Roy for a private tasting with the family in Gevrey-Chambertin.
We ride back to our hotel for an unparalleled welcome dinner, celebrating our first evening in Burgundy.
Day 2 – Nuits-Saint-Georges, Marchand-Tawse & Arrival in Beaune
Hautes-Côtes → Nuits-Saint-Georges → Beaune
This morning we cycle gently downhill into Nuits-Saint-Georges for an intimate visit with Axelle Machard de Gramont, a rising star crafting expressive, soulful wines.
Lunch is at the charming Petit Bonheur, a local favorite showcasing regional specialties.
The afternoon ride brings us to Marchand-Tawse, where we meet Pascal and Odilon for a tasting focused on precision, purity, and terroir.
From there we cruise into Beaune and settle into our next hotel. Dinner tonight is at one of our most-loved restaurants, always a guest favorite.
Day 3 – Cycling Through Pommard, Volnay & Meursault + Clos de la Chapelle & DAMY
Beaune → Pommard → Volnay → Meursault → Beaune
Today’s route weaves through the legendary villages of Pommard, Volnay, and Meursault, offering iconic vineyard views and gentle slopes ideal for a leisurely morning ride.
Late morning, we arrive at Clos de la Chapelle, where winemaker Pierre Murgey welcomes us for a deep dive into the domaine’s biodynamic approach. Our tasting flows seamlessly into a private lunch at the estate, surrounded by centuries-old vines.
In the afternoon, we visit DAMY, one of Burgundy’s premier cooperages, to witness the artistry and precision behind traditional barrel making.
The short ride back to Beaune leaves time to refresh before dinner with our dear friend Olivier, where craftsmanship in the kitchen mirrors the finesse found in the region’s wines.
Day 4 – Cycling St-Romain, La Rochepot, St-Aubin & Puligny-Montrachet
Beaune → St-Romain → La Rochepot → St-Aubin → Puligny → Beaune
Today’s ride offers dramatic scenery and diverse terroirs as we climb toward St-Romain, known for its limestone cliffs and panoramic views.
We continue through La Rochepot, passing the striking château perched above the valley, before descending into St-Aubin and onward to Puligny-Montrachet, the cradle of the world’s greatest white wines.
In the morning, we meet Thibault at Huber Verdereau for a tasting that highlights the elegance and tension of Côte de Beaune whites.
Lunch is at a refined local table known for its seasonal Burgundian cuisine.
The afternoon is free:

Join a joyous hands-on cooking class with our friend Adeline, followed by a warm and memorable dinner.
Day 5 – Into the Côte Chalonnaise: Domaine Chevrot
Beaune → Maranges → Côte Chalonnaise
Our final ride takes us south through the Côte Chalonnaise, a region rich in authenticity and rural charm.
We visit Domaine Chevrot to meet Pablo and Vincent, whose passion for organic viticulture shines through in every wine.
A hearty and convivial lunch follows. We continue on to one of our newest wineries which is still a secret.
We then continue to our final hotel for a relaxed afternoon and an elegant farewell dinner celebrating Burgundy’s generosity.
Day 6 – Departure
This morning, enjoy one last breakfast at our superb hotel before heading off together for the Le Creusot TGV train station, where you can catch direct TGV trains to Paris, CDG or beyond. Bon Voyage!
Lodging will be at places such as Abbaye de la Bussiere on Day 1, Le Cep or L’Hotel in Beaune, and Rymska for our final night. These are all top accommodations and will be determined once we fill the trips.
All meals are covered and will be exquisite as I will be there and like to eat and drink very well.
There most likely will be supplements for e-Bikes, the cooking school, and solo travelers.
6-Day Burgundy Wine Journey

We meet in Beaune and check in to our hotel for the week. After fueling up with our first French meal we will head to our first appointment with one of our newest producers, LeGros, for an afternoon of tasting these amazing Cote de Nuits wines
We head back to our hotel for an unparalleled welcome dinner, celebrating our first evening in Burgundy.
Day 2 – Cote de Nuits
